We like to think that The Pantry is more than a cafe or place to grab a cuppa. We want it to be a meeting place and a place where people can gain new skills, make connections and explore their passions. From breastfeeding peer support groups to creative workshops and events, there’s always something going on at our place.

Breastfeeding & Baby Wearing Support Group with FAB Lancashire
FAB Lancashire visit us to offer much-needed support to new mums. It’s a weekly group on Thursdays from 1pm – 2.30pm — starting out with a handful of mums, we now have a full-house each week so please don’t be disappointed if you can’t visit during this time.
Meet Santa / Christmas Brunchy Market
We’re opening for a very special Sunday service on 17th December - with a pop-up makers market (weather permitting) and a Christmassy brunch service with music, festive cheer *and* a visit from Santa Claus. That’s right, the big man is coming to The Pantry!
⭐ Market Stalls 10-3pm & 🎅🏼Santa 11-1pm
Book a table for a festive family breakfast at The Pantry and come & say hello to Santa (to make sure he knows what’s on your Christmas wish list before it’s too late! ⏰). At breakfast, little ones can say hello, have their picture taken and receive a wrapped present from the man himself!
We’ll also have a banging selection of festive hot chocolates and you can check out what the amazingly talented makers of Leyland have to offer. We’re looking for people to join us, so DM to chat.
Donations are also being collected to for our charity partners so your support, however big or small, is greatly appreciated to spread some love & kindness this Christmas🎄

Bauble Personalisation with Lucie Pritchard!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, which for us means when Lucie Pritchard and her magical pot of Posca Pens come to visit The Pantry. Lucie and her gorgeous handwriting are coming to town - which means you’ll be able to get baubles and Christmas goodies personalised while you grab a coffee! Great for last minute Christmas presents and keepsakes, Lucie’s baubles are the bees knees. Come and get a million of them.
The Pantry Wreath Workshops!
It’s Christmasssss!
We’re back with our Pantry Christmas wreath workshops!
Join us for a fun and creative wreath making workshop, accompanied with brunch nibbles and loaded hot chocolate to get you in the festive spirit! Whether you’ve done this before or a complete beginner, we will guide you through the process of creating your own unique wreath using a variety of materials and techniques.
Tickets are priced at £48 per person, and all materials, including wreath bases, wire, ribbons, and embellishments are provided. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of seasonal foliage and decorative elements to personalise your wreath.
We are hosting two workshops this year (15 tickets per workshop available):

Christmas Afternoon Tea / Mum's Xmas Dos
It’s that time of year again and we’re more than ready to get Mariah on the radio, create some beautiful hot chocolates and have some Pantry magic with our Christmas Afternoon Teas! This year, our teas are £28 per person and available from Friday 1st December through to 22nd December. Booking is essential due to very limited spaces and we can’t wait to welcome you all in!

Leyland Christmas Lights Switch On
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and The Pantry is no exception. We’re dusting off the Christmas tree, polishing our baubles and getting stocked up on the best hot chocolate in town in preparation for the big day - the Leyland Lights Switch On! Be sure to swing by for your festive treats - we’ll be knocking out piping hot bacon and sausage butties, crispy hash browns, chicken and gravy ciabattas, loaded hot chocs, Nutella waffles and much more. Wrap up warm and join in!
